This program aims to give you a thorough understanding of Salesforce's Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), a powerful marketing automation tool. Over 6 sessions (Tuesdays and Thursdays for 3 weeks) you will learn about MCAE's key features and functionalities, which include lead management, email marketing, landing pages and forms, and campaign management.

Who is this course for?

This course is intended for anyone who wants to learn about Marketing Automation and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.

Prior experience with MCAE or coding knowledge is not necessary to join this program.

  • What is the cost of the program? There is no cost to participate in the program if you are selected.
  • Can I access the recordings after the course completion? Yes, all program participants will be able to access the recordings.
  • Do I need any prior knowledge? No, previous knowledge or skills are not required. We will start with the basics and build from there. If you have prior Salesforce and/or marketing skills, it will be helpful, but we will provide resources for you to work on these skills if needed.
  • What can students expect? This is a fast-paced learning environment with multiple sessions covering everything from the basics to more complex components of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. The program includes regular homework assignments, additional learning modules, quizzes, and hands-on challenges through the Trailhead Platform.
  • What if I miss a training session? Team members are required to review the recorded sessions and complete the assigned homework before the next session.
  • What is the outcome of this training? You will leave the cohort with a strong foundational understanding of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, enabling you to explore and develop your career in Marketing Automation.
  • Will I get a certificate at the end of the course? Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive an "MCAE Mastery Completion Certificate". We do not provide Salesforce certifications, but we will provide guidance on how to sign up for your exams via Webassessor.
